Well, I‘m Lauren,
I am a multi business owner within the Wellness sector.
I am the founder of the UK's first & only sustainable and certified plastic free Wellness Centre. I have been a sought after Global Operations Director across lifestyle brands and agencies, I am a qualified Advanced Personal Trainer, Nutritional Advisor, EFT & Meditation Teacher and an accredited NLP Master Practitioner and Life & Timeline Coach. As you can see, I am a product of continually educating myself. For me, and for you!
I bring all of my skillsets into one space to work with ambitious coaches & entrepreneurs who are fed up of feeling like they have to work FOR their business to move it forward, forever IN the business and not able to work ON it. I do this by teaching you my strategies to up-level your brand to become something bigger than just YOU, to lead a team that becomes the bloodline, the heartbeat of your brand. So you can start living your life with more freedom and create a business that has more edge!
